Seller Policy

1. Commission Structure

Our platform applies a commission on every successful order:

• 30% commission is retained by the platform
• 70% of the order value is credited to the seller

2. Minimum Withdrawal Amount

Sellers can request a withdrawal only when their available balance exceeds 200.

3. Withdrawal Charges

The following charges apply based on the selected withdrawal method:

• UPI Transfer: No charges (0% fee)

4. Withdrawal Processing Time

Once a withdrawal request is submitted, the payment will be transferred to your registered UPI ID within 24 hours.

5. Withdrawal Eligibility Timeline

Sellers can request withdrawals only after a holding period:

• If an order is placed and payment is received on 1st January 2001, the withdrawal request can be made only after 2 days, i.e., from 3rd January 2001 onwards.

6. Weekend Processing Policy

• If the withdrawal processing period includes Saturday or Sunday, those days will not be considered as working days.
• In such cases, the payment will be processed on the next working day.

7. Product Upload Process

After you submit a product, it will go through a manual review process.
The product will be reviewed and published within 24 hours.
If there are any issues with the product, it may be rejected.
You will receive the reason for rejection.
You can make the necessary changes and resubmit the product for approval.

8. Important Notes

• Ensure that your registered UPI ID details are accurate.
• Any delays caused by incorrect details will be the seller’s responsibility.
• The submitted design and file must not contain any logo or watermark, otherwise the product may be rejected
• The platform reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
